"It's been a while..." she mumbled.

There wasn't really any other way she can describe how she felt at that peculiar moment. Then she tried to squeeze out the already fade-away memories from her past to match up the occasion she is facing now and thus at least she can picture what may wait ahead.

'This is useless...", shaking head, she's talking to herself.

'Everything's been changed ever since, even my name!  What on earth should I possibly think this will resemble the event I went through more than decade ago?  However I felt and whatever I acted upon then can't be applicable exactly to the events I'm going through!'  her mind was busy.

Often time, she wonders if it is ever possible to skip all the complication and tireless agonizing in the youth, and go straight in to the middle age, where seemingly to be comfortably sit in the pool of wisdom and efficiency. She was tired of keeping on trying, yet never being able to bear fruits out of them.
